Lisa Sabelhaus has been involved in the real estate industry since early 2003 – first as a mortgage loan officer and now as the leader of the Sabelhaus Team. She graduated Cum Laude from The American University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Information Systems. Her expertise and experience with the practical application of technology is extremely valuable to her internet-savvy clients.
Lisa is the youngest of six children and grew up participating in sports. She was born in Long Island, NY but then moved to Hatboro, PA where she lived through high school. She then earned a full athletic and academic scholarship in 1987 to attend The American University as a member of their Swimming and Diving Team. She and her husband are raising their five children in Montgomery County. Lisa enjoys participating in the kids' education, musical and sporting events and loves walking, hiking, biking and sometimes swimming.
Lisa is the Clarksburg High School Diving Coach - GO COYOTES - and a big supporter of Rocky Hill Middle School - GO WILDCATS and Little Bennett Elementary EAGLES! Her love of sports has also led her to sponsor the new Clarksburg Baseball/Softball league. She is even learning to play golf!

Originally from Pittsburgh (go Steelers!), Diane has been in the Washington metro area for over 20 years. She is a graduate of George Washington University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She applied her business skills as a fundraiser at area private schools until she devoted her time to raising her 2 boys.
As the mother of 2 active boys, she is ok with dirt and mud. Diane is active in the PTA, an avid scrapbooker and knitter, and of course, a Steelers fan. Married for 15 years, her husband Eric is President of the Rockville Volunteer Fire Department as well as the Executive Director of the Montgomery County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association.

Charity Moreno

Charity is very excited about becoming a member of the Sabelhaus Team! Originally from the eastern shore area and an avid beach goer, Charity moved to Montgomery County after falling in love with her now husband, Dan, nearly 20 years ago. Raising three kids, she has been active in the Germantown schools from elementary through high school. Currently her oldset son is graduating from Northwest High School and will be pursuing a career with the United STates Coast Guard. She is an active parent for her daughters travel soccer team, the LSC Pumas, and her son's wrestling team, the Clarksburg Coyotes.
Over the years, Charity has volunteered as an emergency medical technician for the Rockville Volunteer Fire Department and even worked as an emergency room technician for both Shady Grove Adventist Hospital locations in Rockville and Germantown. She is a professional photographer, avid scrapbooker, and like Diane, a die-hard Steelers Fan!
Charity easily makes people feel comfortable and at ease. Her genuine love of people motivates her to go above and beyond to make sure your home buying or selling process is as stress free as possible! Angela is originally from Lansdale, Pennsylvania and is the middle child of three sisters. Born as a natural mediator, she is the perfect person to be the assistant to Lisa and her team. As the Sabelhaus Team’s Transaction Coordinator, Angela oversees the critical contract-to-close process ensuring a smooth closing with no surprises for sellers and buyers alike. Her organizational skills are vital in identifying potential pitfalls along the way and taking a proactive rather than a reactive role in corrective action. Angela is a key to our Team’s vision and delivery of superior customer service.
