     Lisa Sabelhaus has been involved in the real estate industry since early 2003 – first as a mortgage loan officer and now as the leader of the Sabelhaus Team. She graduated Cum Laude from The American University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Information Systems. Her expertise and experience with the practical application of technology is extremely valuable to her internet-savvy clients.

     Lisa is the youngest of six children and grew up participating in sports. She was born in Long Island, NY but then moved to Hatboro, PA where she lived through high school. She earned a full athletic and academic scholarship in 1987 to attend The American University as a member of their Swimming and Diving Team. She and her husband are raising their five children in Montgomery County. Lisa enjoys participating in the kids' education, musical and sporting events and loves walking, hiking, biking, kayaking and swimming. 

     Lisa is the Blake High School Diving Coach - Go Bengals! - and a big supporter of Rocky Hill Middle School - GO WILDCATS. Her love of sports has also led her to sponsor the Clarksburg Baseball/Softball league. She is even learning to play golf!

     Originally from Pittsburgh (go Steelers!), Diane has been in the Washington metro area for over 20 years. She is a graduate of George Washington University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She applied her business skills as a fundraiser at area private schools until she devoted her time to raising her 2 boys.

     As the mother of 2 active boys, she is ok with dirt and mud.  Diane is active in the PTA, an avid scrapbooker and knitter, and of course, a Steelers fan. Married for 15 years, her husband Eric is President of the Rockville Volunteer Fire Department as well as the Executive Director of the Montgomery County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association.

Dana Guanciale

Dana grew up in Western PA in 'Steelers country' but has lived in the Washington DC area for the last 14 years. She graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Dietetics and worked in Geriatric nutrition for years as well as running the family horse business. 

     Dana and her husband live in Clarksburg, Maryland on their beautiful horse farm with their 2 children. Her daughter is a graduate of Frostburg State University and competes as an equestrian on a National level. Her son is in the Global Ecology Magnet Program at Poolesville High School. Her unique equestrian experience and background over the last 30 years provides valuable insight and experience to our land and farm buyers.
